ROSIE LUCE
Rosie Luce works as a consultant and trainer specialising in safeguarding and child protection. She has worked in the health sector for over 25 years including practice within Community Health, Acute Paediatric Nursing, Mental Health and Nursing Vulnerable Adults in residential settings. This included a period as Child Protection Co-ordinator and Lead for Children Looked After for the Trent Strategic Health Authority.
Rosie has a keen interest in law and policy and obtained her LLB in 2003 and her Masters in Law in Claims and Risk Management in Healthcare in 2006. She has developed and delivered a range of safeguarding and child protection training to a cross-section of the health sector and other organisations across children’s services.
Rosie has had a variety of works published, including ‘Safeguarding Children: Legal Framework and Practice for Nurses, Midwifery and Community Practitioners.’
