ANDY GILL, Principal Consultant
Dr Andy Gill has 25 years experience within children’s services. He contributed to the Government’s Every Child Matters Change for Children programme. He co-wrote the national toolkit on using Outcomes Based Accountability (OBA) commissioned by the DCSF; contributed to a recent DCSF publication on Better Outcomes; and is working on a national OBA implementation guide. He has run over 50 Turning the Curve groups and has worked with many Local Authorities and NHS Trusts using OBA to:
- improve performance management of services;
- develop outcomes improvement focused service strategies;
- and develop outcomes focused commissioning strategies.
He has also worked internationally with leader in the results/outcomes based accountability field, Mark Friedman.
